Refund policy
We will accept returns or exchanges only if there is an initial defect in the product or service, the product is defective such as damage, or if the product was delivered incorrectly. Please note that due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or cancellations after the order is confirmed.
In the unlikely event that the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we will exchange it for a non-defective product (or refund if the same product is not in stock), so please return the product.
1.Return deadline: Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
2.Return shipping costs: We will pay for replacement of defective products and replacement of incorrectly delivered products.
