Once your order is complete, you cannot change the details yourself. If you wish to make any changes, please contact us here .
When contacting us, please check that your full name, email address, and order number are correct.

The following items cannot be changed even if requested.

■How to issue a receipt

Please contact us here with your full name, email address, order number, and receipt address.
The name of the item will be ``Item charge and''.

■About the outer box and packaging

Some products come with an outer box and some do not. If there is an outer box in the image on each product page, the item will be packed and shipped in the box.

Shipping costs differ for products with a content volume of 720ml or less (4-go bottle) and 1.8L bottle (1-sho bottle). Shipping charges may vary for items with boxes.

■About changing the delivery address

The confirmation method differs depending on the shipping status of the product, so please check the shipping status in the order confirmation email before proceeding with the change procedure.

[How to change after shipping]
The "inquiry slip number" is included in the delivery arrangement completion email, so please check it from Yamato Transport's "Kuroneko Yamato Baggage Inquiry System" and contact Yamato Transport directly.
(Please note that changes to the delivery address may not be possible depending on the area.)

■About receiving the product after shipping

All deliveries are made by Yamato Transport.
The Yamato Transport slip number will be included in the email sent after shipping has been completed (Subject: [Mature and Warm] Order number ●● has been shipped successfully), so please use that number to contact us using the Yamato Transport inquiry form. Please check the status.
*After shipping, it may take some time for Yamato Transport to confirm the tracking number.

We also recommend the Yamato Transport official LINE. After shipping, you can change the pick-up date and location, notify of absence, request redelivery, etc. on LINE. Please use this service after completing the procedures here.

[About cancellation]

Please note that cancellations will only be accepted before the product is shipped. Please note that due to the nature of food products, we are unable to cancel orders once the shipping process has been completed.

*Once the cancellation is complete, you will receive an email saying, "We have received your cancellation for [Mature and Warm] order number ●●." If you have not received this, please feel free to contact us as the cancellation may not have been completed.

*If a receipt is issued after payment, please destroy it.

■In case of defective product, wrong delivery, or damage during transportation

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us here within 7 days after receiving the product.
In that case, please write "About product damage" in the subject line and include details (order number, etc., and the relevant product) in the body of the message. We will exchange it for a replacement item.

In particular, there are many cases where emails are not being delivered to customers using docomo.ne.jp and ezweb.ne.jp email addresses. If you are using the recommended spam filter settings, emails from Juku and Kan may be marked as spam, so please be sure to use the "receiving settings" above.
