熟と燗 京都では熟成酒セミナーを定期開催しています。
グラスで味わう熟成酒コースと温めて飲む熟成燗酒コースの２つのセミナーをご用意。
平日は１組限定のプライベートセミナー
週末は誰でも参加できるオープンセミナー
として開催します。
■ コースと料金
熟成酒セミナー：7,000円 (税込)
熟成酒4〜5種の試飲とおつまみ付き。常温のグラスで試飲を行います。
熟成燗酒セミナー：6,000円 (税込)
熟成燗酒5〜6種の試飲とおつまみ付き。温めるお酒（お燗）の試飲を行います。
■ スケジュール
時間：13:00 – 14:00
※12:45より入店可能です。
※14:00のショップ開店に伴い、定刻での終了となります。
■ 形式と言語
本セミナーは2名様より受付いたします。
平日：1組限定プライベートセミナー
「熟成酒」または「熟成燗酒」のいずれかを選択いただけます。日本語、または英語での進行が可能です。
週末：オープンセミナー（合同開催）
他のお客様と一緒にご参加いただく形式です。日程によりテーマが固定されています。
※日本語希望者が含まれる場合は、日本語での進行となります。
■ キャンセル・不催行について
キャンセル料： 当日のキャンセルは料金の100%を申し受けます。前日までは無料です。
不催行： 週末のオープンセミナーが最小催行人数（2名）に達さない場合は、開催3日前までにメールでご連絡いたします。

Matured Sake Seminar
Experience the deep world of Matured sake in an exclusive 1-hour program held before shop opening hours.
■ Courses & Fees
Matured Sake Seminar: 7,000 yen (Tax incl.)
Includes tasting of 4-5 Matured sakes with food pairings. Served in glasses at room temperature.
Matured Warm Sake Seminar: 6,000 yen (Tax incl.)
Includes tasting of 5-6 Matured sakes with food pairings. Focus on warmed sake.
■ Schedule
Time: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
*Doors open at 12:45 PM.
*The seminar ends promptly at 2:00 PM to prepare for shop opening.
■ Seminar Type & Language
Reservations accepted for 2 or more people.
Weekdays: Private for 1 Group
You may choose your preferred topic and language (Japanese or English).
Weekends: Open Group Seminar
A group format with other guests. Topics are predetermined by the schedule.
*Note: Conducted in Japanese if any participants prefer Japanese.
■ Cancellation & Min. Participants
Cancellation Fee: 100% for same-day cancellations. Free up to the day before.
Min. Participants: If the open seminar does not reach the minimum of 2 participants, we will notify you via email 3 days prior to the event.
