熟と燗ダブルブランド熟成酒シリーズ
いよいよ新年度。東京の桜は、ちょうど月を跨いで満開となりました。この一年、熟と燗が取り組んできたのは、ダブルブランドの充実でした。蔵元のブランドに加えて、熟と燗のブランドも表示したオリジナル熟成酒のシリーズ。おかげさまで、9銘柄（2025年4月15日時点）を数えるまでになりました。 ワインビジネスの黎明期、ロンドンのワイン商たちの重要な仕事は「品質の高いワインを選び抜き、それを自らのブランドを賭けて保証する」ことでした。どの造り手が優れているか、どの樽はより品質が高いか、を判断することが彼らの付加価値だったのです。 今再び黎明期を迎えた熟成日本酒の世界でも、同様に「品質の高い熟成酒を選び抜き、自らのブランドを賭けて保証する」役割が必要。そう信じて、優れた造り手のブランドと同時に「熟と燗」のブランドも表示させていただくダブルブランドのシリーズを登場させました。 長い年月を経たお酒だけに、飲む側の方々がどれを選べば良いかを迷われる場面に数多く遭遇してきました。熟と燗のダブルブランドなら、と安心してお選びいただけるように、そして優れた造り手のブランドがより一層高まっていくように。そういう思いを込めて、作ったシリーズです。 今では、桜の代名詞のようになったソメイヨシノ。元々は、江戸時代、今の駒込近辺にあった染井村の樹木商たちが、全国に広めていったと言われています。私たちも熟成日本酒が津々浦々に（再度）広まっていくように、熟と燗というブランドも冠したダブルブランドシリーズを、これからも充実させて参ります。
